We love all kinds of avocado toast combinations but this is one of our favorites.

Slice of toast spread with smashed avocado, then layer with:

Sliced cucumber

Sliced red onion

Slice of your favorite smoked salmon, we like the cold smoked varieties available at HEB

Righteous Greens broccoli microgreens

Toasted hemp or sesame seeds

Squeeze of fresh lemon

This is a deliciously hearty and nutritious breakfast toast or anytime snack. Enjoy!
